If you contact The Picture Box using a form on this website, the information you provide in the form is held securely on our webserver as well as being transmitted over email.

Your Photographs
Obviously photographs contain information which may be used to identify individuals and as such they are protected under data privacy laws. However any photographs taken during the course of conducting our business remain the intellectual property of Justine McMillan. We reserve the right to publish and display any photograph taken, on The Picture Box website, social media pages and via other marketing channels subject to a prior written agreement with the customer made at the point of ordering. If you later wish to withdraw consent for us to use your image in promotional material then please contact Justine McMillan.

Website Cookies

How long will we keep your personal data?

We will hold your data for the period during which we provide our service plus a further six years in order to comply with record keeping rquirements under UK tax and accounting law.
