Hello. I’m Justine McMillan.
Born and raised in East Yorkshire, I have a love for travel and a love for coming home again. I’m married with one son and I have built a successful photography studio. Many of my customers return year after year with new arrivals and growing families.
One thing I’ve learned is that taking a great photograph is about more than just the technical aspects of using a camera. I work with all types of clients from engaged couples to pregnant women and newborn babies. Getting people to relax in front of the camera is key to making the fun and natural portraits that my clients love.
I have been called the ‘baby whisperer’ by many of my newborn parents because of my patient and calming approach—something that is crucial in getting those adorable sleepy, squishy newborn photographs.
The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do.
